Business-grade, not home broadband
Broadband built for a working day.
Your broadband now carries your phones, your cloud apps, your card payments and your video calls. It needs to be treated like the business tool it is.
As an authorised BT partner, we supply business broadband across Openreach and alternative full fibre networks, so we can usually offer more than one option at your address. We check what's really available at your postcode, recommend the connection that fits how you work, and manage the whole switch, including the timing, the router and the cut-over.
Whether you need business broadband in Bolton, full fibre for a unit in Chorley or Wigan, or a fast connection for an office in Manchester, you deal with one local team from the first postcode check to the day something needs fixing.
No phone line needed
Modern business broadband (SoGEA and full fibre) is data only, so there's no old phone line rental to pay. Your calls move to a cloud phone system instead.
Every business connection includes
- Unlimited usage with no traffic shaping or throttling
- Static IP addresses on request, including blocks for servers and VPNs
- A business router, set up and tested before it arrives
- Proactive monitoring, so we often know about a fault before you do
- Faster fault care options for businesses that can't wait
- UK-based support from people who know your set-up

FAQs
Business broadband questions.
Can't see your question? Ask us. A real person will answer.
Is full fibre available at my business address?
Full fibre is spreading fast across Bolton, Manchester and the North West, but availability is decided address by address, not by town. Send us your postcode and we'll check every network that reaches your building.
What's the difference between SoGEA and FTTP?
SoGEA is fibre to the green cabinet in the street, then copper into your building, with speeds up to about 80Mbps. FTTP (full fibre) is fibre all the way into your premises, with speeds up to 1Gbps or more, much faster uploads and better reliability.
Do I still need a phone line?
No. SoGEA and full fibre are data-only services, so there's no line rental. Your calls run over the internet on a cloud phone system, which we can set up at the same time.
Why would I need a static IP address?
A static IP never changes, which matters for remote access, VPNs, hosted servers, CCTV viewing and some card payment and security systems. We can add single static IPs or blocks to your connection.
How long does business broadband take to install?
Where the fibre is already in place, installation is often quick. If new fibre needs building to your premises it can take longer. We give you a realistic date up front and can put a 4G/5G connection in while you wait.
What happens if my broadband goes down?
Call us and we'll take it from there with the network. If you can't afford downtime, a 4G/5G backup switches over automatically, and higher care levels give faster engineer fix targets.
Is business broadband better than home broadband?
Business broadband comes with static IP options, no traffic shaping, faster fault care and support from people who understand businesses. Home broadband isn't designed for phones, card payments and cloud systems that all depend on it.
Do you cover my area?
We supply business broadband right across the North West, including Bolton, Manchester, Chorley, Wigan, Preston, Bury and Warrington, and we support customers throughout the UK.
